4. Shipping Terms
4.1. Booking and Confirmation
All shipments must be booked and confirmed through our official channels. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from GoCargo.
4.2. Cargo Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your cargo, including its nature, dimensions, weight, and any special handling requirements. Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges, delays, or refusal of shipment.
4.3. Prohibited Items
Certain items are prohibited from shipment, including but not limited to illegal goods, hazardous materials (unless properly declared and approved), perishable items without proper packaging, and items that violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4.4. Packaging
You are responsible for ensuring that your cargo is properly packaged for transportation. GoCargo reserves the right to refuse any shipment that is inadequately packaged.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1. Quotes
All quotes provided by GoCargo are valid for the period specified in the quote. Quotes are based on the information provided by you and are subject to change if the actual cargo differs from the information provided.
5.2. Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original quote, such as customs clearance, storage, insurance, or special handling. You will be notified of any additional charges before they are incurred.
5.3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in your invoice or contract. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in the suspension of services.
6. Delivery and Claims
6.1. Delivery Times
While GoCargo strives to meet all delivery schedules, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
6.2. Inspection
You should inspect your cargo upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Failure to note visible damage at the time of delivery may affect your ability to file a claim.
6.3. Claims
Any claims for loss or damage must be filed within the time period specified in your contract or as required by applicable law. Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. GoCargo's liability for loss or damage is limited as specified in the applicable international conventions, national laws, or as stated in your contract.
7.2. GoCargo is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of market, or loss of opportunity.
7.3. GoCargo is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or acts of government authorities.
8. Insurance
GoCargo recommends that you obtain cargo insurance for all shipments. Insurance can be arranged through GoCargo for an additional fee, or you may arrange your own insurance coverage.
9. Privacy

10. Modifications to Terms
