4.3. Prohibited Items: Certain items are prohibited from shipment, including but not limited to illegal goods, hazardous materials (unless properly declared and approved), perishable items without proper packaging, and items that violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4.4. Packaging: You are responsible for ensuring that your cargo is properly packaged for transportation. GoCargo reserves the right to refuse any shipment that is inadequately packaged.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1. Quotes: All quotes provided by GoCargo are valid for the period specified in the quote. Quotes are based on the information provided by you and are subject to change if the actual cargo differs from the information provided.
5.2. Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original quote, such as customs clearance, storage, insurance, or special handling. You will be notified of any additional charges before they are incurred.
5.3. Payment Terms: Payment terms are as specified in your invoice or contract. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in the suspension of services.
6. Delivery and Claims

6.2. Inspection: You should inspect your cargo upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Failure to note visible damage at the time of delivery may affect your ability to file a claim.

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Insurance
GoCargo recommends that you obtain cargo insurance for all shipments. Insurance can be arranged through GoCargo for an additional fee, or you may arrange your own insurance coverage.
